FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

1. I have some ideas on how I would like to remodel my home. Should I hire an interior designer?

Hiring an interior designer could be helpful to a new homeowner who needs their home redesigned. Some homeowners in Hong Kong prefer to renovate their homes by their own ideas to save money. We offer interior design services as well for those who want to achieve specific styles or in need of a 3D render graph before construction/renovation starts!

2. What will I need to provide before we start the renovation process?

Before we schedule a site-visit with you, we will first chat with you via whatsapp or phone to learn more about your goals for your space. It will be helpful if you can share the floorploan, size and photos. The more info we receive from you, the faster we can kick start your dream project!

3. What's the average time to complete the whole renovation process?

For an average home under the size of 800 square feet (Entire remodeling) You may expect up to 3-4 months from start to finish.

4. I simply want to relocate my plumbing, can I reach out to you?

Yes! Apart from entire home/office renovation and design, we also do everything from relocating plumbing system to installing a sink or repairing a window, we do it all for you!

5. How do we make selection on flooring, doors, sink, tiles, etc? Are they included in the quote?

We don't include material buying in the quote because there's a HUGE range of materials and brands' prices vary substantially. Normally, our clients prefer browsing and selecting on their own from different material shops around Hong Kong. It’s also better for you to visualize the outcome when you can touch and see the materials. We do have more than a few recommendations of shops/vendors that you can check out !

6. I'm looking for someone to build a custom-made wardrobe/cabinet. Do you guys do that? What's the process?

Yes! We have built custom-made wardrobes for many clients' bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and offices. After precise measurements on-site, we will provide an initial graph for your approval before building the wardrobe/cabinets.

7. During renovation process, any unforseen situation that may affect the final pricing ?

Hidden damage is one of the most common situations that may happen such as water leakage behind a fixed closet from previous owner. These damages are only detectable after demolition. We certainly don't want that to happen to any of our clients!

These are some of the most asked questions from our past clients. Please don’t hesitate to contact us via whatsapp or phone if you have any questions about renovation and remodeling!
